Company Culture is important as doing this job I realize That my individual why is what got me so far in a company that the culture gives the industry the bad reputation that outsiders have of it. but once your're inside you see that there's a lot of good part of it and the company works on making in a good culture but the type of work and how draining it is, it is what brings the bad company culture and not enough work is done to make the environment more fit to replenish your energy so that you feel more energized while doing the work but just made to just to maximize your productivity to make as much profit. hence the bad outside reputation place on it.
