Scott Mulligan is a recent UCLA graduate who is currently working for VICE News as a Production Assistant. The co-Founder and Head of story & development of Black Veins Productions, and created a game called “No Stranger” which accumulated more then a million downloads. He also wrote, directed and acted in a pilot called “East Hills” currently on YouTube. Lastly, he created a documentary on the Iraqi Kurds fighting for their freedom, in which he traveled to Iraq and interviewed people on the ground (Also on YouTube).
