Listen

Description

In today’s PEP talk, I follow up my last episode with things that I did not learn as a collegiate athlete. For those listening, my goal is for you to be a better collegiate athlete than I was. While I learned a great deal of things as a college athlete, I think there were some things that were missing from what I expected to learn during that time in my life. While I understood some of these topics on a surface level, the depth of what I was looking for didn’t satisfy me. Regardless, this episode is shared with the intention of expressing personal experiences, sharing some lessons, and meant with positive intent to prepare athletes better than I was prepared. Hopefully, this episode will provide guidance, promote better preparedness and share something productive.
