Leadership is unique in a variety of ways. However, at the end of the day, the best leaders have the knowledge, attitude, skills, and the habits to lead an organization at any size to success.
A prime example of that statement, can be heard by this week's guest on this episode of BTL. Dave Conord, out of Pennsylvania, is the President of Growth for eXp Realty. Since stepping into his role with the company, Dave has taken the company to massive heights from roughly $10/share to nearly $70/share with a $5B market cap. His expertise and the knowledge that we go into in this conversation is not specific to one industry or another, which is why I am a huge advocate of this episode, and a big fan of Dave.
We all are born with the opportunity and responsibility to lead ourselves and furthermore, our option to carry that forward and lead others in our lives to make an impact in their lives.
