Balancing various areas of life can be a difficult challenge, and for many of us it can seem to be nearly impossible. I’m a firm believer that when there’s an area of life that is a challenge, we all a choice to make with only 2 options. We can choose to do nothing, allow that area to suffer, and further harm ourselves and others in our lives. The second option is that we choose to find a solution to the struggle.
