PJ, Mat and Eliot join the Enterprise crew as Captain Archer is kidnapped by a Tellarite bounty hunter, and T'Pol goes through Pon Farr. If you think Enterprise would handle that badly, you're correct. It's almost as if season two just wanted to remind us how bad Enterprise could be before it went away.
