Katt Schott is an Educator for the Specialty Coffee Association (SCA) and a barista at Kru Coffee in Saratoga Springs, NY. In her 12 years in coffee, she has been a green buyer, a roaster, and a barista; she has sourced both coffee and tea, and is even a certified technician for La Marzocco! We are inspired by Katt's enthusiasm for all things coffee and her desire to learn all she can about each facet of the industry. We start at her roots, as we do with many guests, and tease out learned lessons and experiences along the way. Katt is a lover of music and we get to nerding out on Brand New, Glassjaw, and the large array of good music she shares with the world in her '6am Dial-Ins' on social media.
