After gaining significant exposure through his collaboration with cxffeeblack's Guji Mane project, Kenny's side hustle turned into a full time gig as he worked tirelessly to keep up with demand. Ethnos' offerings go far beyond their multiple collabs, though, and we dig into how Kenny structures his roasting company, their values, and how he views the concept of collaboration over competition within the craft coffee realm.
