Woah! We did it! Today marks the first day the Upstate Coffee Collective has our own coffee for sale. We've been thinking about this day a long time. Last night, Kevin and Matt sat down and talked about the journey that got us here, some insights along the way, and our philosophy for bringing this coffee into existence.
