In this episode I am talking about one of the most important and influential historical figures at the Porte from the second half of the 16th century, Joseph Nasi (João Micas/Miguez) and the significant impact he had over the rule of Sultan Selim II (1566-1567) in contrast to Mehmet Sokollu Pasha (subject of the previous episode).
