Ericka is a retired U.S. Air Force Chief Master Sergeant and is presently a John Maxwell certified professional speaker, executive coach, and trainer. She was the 17th Command Chief Master Sergeant for the Air Force Reserve Command and the Senior Enlisted Advisor to the Chief of the Air Force Reserve and has extensive experience in law enforcement.
