In this episode, Joe welcomes Chris Dwyer to the lounge. Chris is an Air Force Senior Enlisted Leader who is currently the Superintendent of the 4th Medical Group at Seymour Johnson Air Force Base in North Carolina. In addition to the vast leadership experience he has across the medical career field; he also has experience as an instructor of Advanced Military Leadership studies. During their discussion, they discussed the common human characteristics that all leaders should embrace, bouncing back from adversity, and much, much more.
