Usually emotional eating stems from either an UNMET need or an UNSET boundary.
While eating keto helped me sooo much to change WHAT I eat when I emotionally eat, it wasn’t until I started working on my own self-care that I was able to reduce how often I was emotionally eating.
Today we’re unpacking another common reason that we don’t set boundaries: we have low self-worth.
