Today you'll get 5 questions that will help you create the life you want in 2023, or anytime!
This is one of the first exercises I do with my clients, and I recommend doing it at the start of each new year, or even as often as every quarter, every month, or anytime you feel shitty, stuck, or out of alignment.
These questions help you identify your desired FEELINGS instead of just your desired results, because we don't actually want the result (i.e. the number on the scale) as much as we want how we believe we will FEEL when we have that result.
Then, we often approach the process to getting the result using strategies or mindsets that are the OPPOSITE of how we want to feel. (examples: "I have to feel bad now to feel good later," or "I have to feel stuck now to feel free later.") That's why we self-sabotage.
