I don’t believe in ever compensating with restriction or fasting after emotional eating, an unplanned deviation, or even a planned deviation.
You’ve heard me talk about fasting, but I want to make it 100% clear that I ONLY fast when it is PLANNED, never to compensate.
Compensating comes from a mindset of lack, fear, and scarcity.
It only leads to misery, rebellion, and repeating.
We are trying to punish ourselves or erase what happened.
Let’s not erase it. Let’s LEARN from it.
