This week's guest is a business psychology expert, Jonathan Eisler!

Jonathan is driven with a passion for assisting organizations and individuals in articulating and achieving the results that they desire. He has over 15 years’ experience in business administration and development, management and organizational consulting, training design/facilitation and coaching.

At Perspectives, his responsibilities include leading all sales and marketing initiatives across services lines as well as growing and managing all aspects of the company’s organizational consulting division. In his consulting role, Jonathan partners with client organizations to help identify leadership, talent and team issues that are negatively impacting organizational performance. Jonathan collaborates with his team and clients to develop the best-fit strategies to help organizations, teams and individuals become the best they can be.

In his role as the President of the Association of Consultants to Nonprofits, Jonathan leads a mission driven consortium of experts whose focus is on building relationships among the Midwest’s consulting, nonprofit and philanthropic communities

Outside of the office, Jonathan enjoys everything outdoors: biking, gardening, skating, camping, hiking,snowboarding, relaxing and exploring the world! He also enjoys cooking with his wife Natalie, playing guitar, and spending time with his Jack Russell Terriers while striving to better himself on a daily basis. Jonathan is driven by curiosity, is a life-long learner and is passionate about the success and happiness of others.
