Continuing with the theme of youth development, we chatted with second time guest on the pod, and now an even more established soccer coach Tim Spenser! Since we last spoke, Tim has been coaching his own U23 team at CD Leganés, a professional club in Spain. We talked his transition to becoming a head coach in Spain, how he integrates new international players into his squad, the youth transfer market at large, and how to navigate social media with his players. To kick off the pod, the Fellas discussed how we would navigate social media as coaches, and spoiler alert it would be very ineffective.
