It would be almost unthinkable in our modern way to accept the strong conviction of this Psalm writer, a man who could make such a bold declaration of his faith in God and his word, "I have been faithful to your word! Lord, I now expect you to take my case and champion my cause!" How can you and I obtain and live in the same kind of boldness?
