Who is Shameka Jones?
Shameka A. Jones, a native of Pensacola, Florida, is the CEO of Mainspring Business Group, LLC and the founder of Absolute Beauty & Wellness. She is also a member of the John Maxwell Team and a U.S. Army veteran. Shameka founded Absolute Beauty & Wellness in 2019 while passionately focusing on her personal healing journey. Absolute Beauty & Wellness is a wellness community that promotes healing and wholeness (Mind, Body, and Spiritual alignment). In 2019, she earned her Reiki (Energy Healing) practitioner certification from Ra Sekhi Arts Temple. Shameka has also studied numerology, crystal healing, aromatherapy, Kemetic Yoga, vibrational medicine (sound therapy), and sexual energy healing. Shameka is an Activator, Cultivator, Implementer, Healer, and Servant Leader. Her motto is “Servant Leader isn’t a role, it’s a lifestyle.” She strives to continue educating herself so that she can educate and encourage others along their healing journey.
