I design and make embroidery kits designed to help with well-being for adults and children.
Short description of your story
After suffering from anxiety and panic attacks due to undiagnosed PND I needed to find something to help calm me down. I love hand embroidery and teach it every day but hadn’t realised the benefits it has on well-being. I started to print designs with a friend to give to staff members at school for well-being sessions to basically colour with thread, the feedback was so good we decided to have a go at making a business from it to help more people.
