In this podcast, Sudha discusses a Sufi story about perception and how you can follow kintsugi, an art of using gold fillings to repair broken crockery. Confidence is about embracing interdependence and be authentic about your imperfections. She says, when one become interdependent, they can co-exist with authenticity and confident that they are living and letting others live with the same authenticity. At the same time, she is very confident in voicing out why we congregate with the likes and dodge to communicate expecting others to understand us by magic. It is a very interesting episode of a journey of Sudha from the conservative Indian family to move tens and thousands of miles to explore her freedom, independence and passion. She is setting an example to young girls of India that if you want to explore your dreams, then you can.
