This week it's Stef & Nikki again and we're talking about how we as moms can go into the joyful yet often stressful and overwhelming holiday season! We get some great tips from Kinzie Eckstein, our Mental Health Occupational Therapist, for combating the hubbub in ways that will help us enjoy this magical time of year. We also talk a little about training, focusing on quality vs. quantity mileage when life demands some give and take and managing expectations! Lets all remember to give ourselves a little extra care during this busy time! We've got this!!
