Description

Are you Triggered Or Nah? This week we are exploring how triggers show up in community and what it means to truly own your healing. We are talking about why our triggers are our responsibility, how to stop letting past experiences dictate your present, and whether you are actually healed or simply untested because you are alone. It is all about building awareness, practicing accountability, and learning what healing looks like in real-world relationships.

Special Shoutout
September is National Yoga Awareness Month and we’re taking a moment to highlight the deeper side of yoga. Beyond the poses, yoga is about grounding, releasing, and making space for healing. In this episode we debunk some common myths around yoga such as who it is for and what it is “supposed” to look like, and instead focus on how it supports mental health, balance, and self-awareness. It is the perfect reminder that the work we do on the mat can help us show up with more presence in our relationships and everyday lives.
