"Influence. The Psychology of Persuasion" by Robert Cialdini is arguably the 'bible' of the influence literature. It lays out the core ideas on why people do what they do and what we can do to ethically influence them to make better decisions.



It's the book that set me on the path of improving my communication. To celebrate the 50th episode of "Under The Influence" I have reviewed Cialdini's 6 principles of influence and how you, as a chiropractor, can apply them.
