Description

Most chiropractic communication approaches are front-loaded – they focus only on what to do in the first few visits. Maybe you have a workshop to explain the 'big picture' of chiropractic, but there is no (or little) focus on what to do on adjustment visits to drip feed the key concepts. It sets you up for failure if your vision for your practice is lifetime care but you expect people to remember the concepts you explained to them months, years, or decades earlier.

A key part of creating a wellness or performance culture is to create a system for communicating it EVERY visit. A core component of the approach that Martin teaches in the "Daily Interactions" workshop is using closing statements. In this episode, Martin explains what they are, how to use them and what closing statements to not use!
