Description

At a certain point contacting people who have missed or cancelled appointments stops being supportive and starts to feel like stalking!

Recalls CAN be a great way to keep people on track with their care (and keep your appointment book full). Done wrong they could be actually stopping people from coming back to see you!

People's expectations in 2022 are VERY different from 10, 5, or even 2 years ago. It used to be that a phone call was a personal way of connecting with people. Now, many people see it as intrusive (85% of people prefer to communicate with businesses via text!).

In this episode, Martin breaks down the dos and don'ts of recalls.
