Weight loss goals shouldn’t make you feel deprived and controlled - they should make you come alive and feel free.

Obviously it should help you lose weight ! But how many times have you set a weight loss goal and not made it? Or lost the weight and then put it all back on?

Weight loss goals should not only help you lose weight - they should help you transform yourself, so that the desire for extra food isn’t there.

Weight loss goals should change how you show up in the world. They should set you free. In this episode I discuss the real reason we set goals, and how to make those goals work for you!
