What weight represents might not be what you’re thinking, when you understand what your weight represents it can be a really beautiful way to see your weight, and reduce some of the negativity you may have associated with it. When you have a different perspective of what your weight represents, you have the potential to create a path forward that doesn’t involve dieting, restricting, and over exercising! 

In this episode I talk about the 2 reasons we eat when we’re not hungry, that I specifically help clients with - and then I touch on some basic physiological reasons we may want food - that are outside of regular hunger. Though I am a registered nurse, I don’t focus my practice around dealing with underlying physical conditions that may cause over desire for food.
