How many times have you heard or thought “I just need to eat less, and do more” ?
It’s not that this advice is wrong, but it’s really unhelpful, because it doesn’t take into account that the reason we over eat - eat when we’re not physically hungry - is because of our brain.
To actually lose weight the advice should be “pay attention to your brain and what makes your brain anticipate a reward.”
