So often women try to lose weight by controlling themselves.  We say "I'm just going say no to chocolate"  or "I'm only eating paleo"  etc.

Now I'm not saying there's anything wrong with cutting out chocolate or eating a paleo diet.  BUT when we use control as a way to get ourselves to do ANYTHING it typically backfires..... is this your experience?   When we try to control ourselves there's typically an inner rebel that screams "Hell no", or "F-THAT"!  Think about a time in the past when you've tried to control yourself - has it worked?  So if control doesn't work.......what's the answer?
