"Carl Mccabe was severely neglected as a child. His imprisoned father had abandoned him and his younger siblings and his mother left them day and night to wallow in their own excrement in a cot, while feeding them on potato crisps. When they were rescued by social services, his baby sister was near death. Eventually Carl was taken back by his father and his new wife but his abuse continued. Yet, God had his eye on this child and turned his upside-down life the right way round."
