Katie released her first studio album, an anthem-driven, girl power, pop album, in 2011. She became a regular in the LA music scene performing at iconic venues on the Sunset Strip including The Hotel Cafe, The House of Blues and the Roxy. Katie has since gone back to her roots and is now producing Country/Folk music as a nod to the music she was raised on, influenced by the likes of Dolly Parton, John Denver, The Nitty Gritty Dirt Band and Johnny Cash.
In 2012, Katie and Air Supply front man, Graham Russell, formed a duo known as Of Eden after being introduced by a mutual friend. The pair released their first album in 2013 (Feel) and toured the U.S. stopping in major cities like Nashville, New York, Boston, Chicago and LA. Katie also returned to her musical theatre roots and co-composed a new musical adaptation of Treasure Island with Graham. The show ran off-Broadway in the summer of 2015 to rave reviews and is now currently in the early stages of production in Russia and Germany. Of Eden released their sophomore album, Astral Love, earlier this year and it is now available on all streaming platforms.
Katie has been writing for and collaborating with other artists and songwriters, continuing to work across all genres and has been featured on chart topping tracks in the U.S. and internationally. She won Best Original Song at the 8th Annual Indie Series Awards for her single 'I Can’t Make You Love Me' featured in the award-winning web series #Adulting.
Like many artists during the pandemic, Katie has been playing livestream concerts and continues to write new music she plans to release in 2021.
