On this very special episode of Blossom, just kidding, this week is on the new Netflix show from Jamie Foxx, Dad Stop Embarrassing Me! The show is about a single dad and cosmetics owner figuring out fatherhood on the fly when his strong-minded teen daughter moves in with him. It stars Jamie Foxx, Kyla-Drew, Porscha Coleman, Jonathan Kite, David Alan Grier, and Valente Rodriguez.
Ginger Beer Margaritas (minimalistbaker.com):
Ingredients
- 1 1/2 oz of 100% Agave Tequila
- 1 oz Fresh Lime Juice
- 3 oz of Ginger Beer
- 1/2 oz Simple Syrup
- 1/2 Cup of Ice
- Coarse Salt
Directions
- Line a small serving glass with fresh lime juice and dip in coarse salt (optional).
- Add tequila, lime juice, ginger beer, simple syrup, and ice to a large glass or cocktail shaker and stir vigorously. Don’t shake with a lid on or it will erupt from the ginger beer carbonation (lesson learned).
- Pour liquid (reserving ice) into serving glass with a few ice cubes.
- Garnish with a lime wedge and serve immediately.
- Repeat for more drinks, or double/triple the amounts for more people.

- Whenever the dad attempts to do something to seem cool.
