This was a fun episode, but it was so long that I broke it into two episodes. Now you get to listen to part 2 this week. We played a little game with IMDb's top grossing 1000 films, play along and see how you do.
Million Dollar Cocktail (cocktailclub.com):
Ingredients
- 50ml Gin
- 25ml Sweet Vermouth
- 20ml Pineapple juice
- 15ml Grenadine
- 15ml Egg white
- 1 Pineapple wedge
Directions
- Cut your pineapple ready for garnish.
- Fill both your coupe glass and shaker with cubed ice.
- Pour all the ingredients into your shaker.
- Close the shaker and shake hard for 9 seconds.
- Empty the ice from your coupe glass back into the ice bucket. Take off the small top off the shaker and strain out the mix into the coupe.
- Garnish with your Pineapple.
