I had never watched this film before, I had seen clips, but I was planning on recording while a friend was in town and all I said was "something from the 90s" and this is the film that was chosen. For those of you that don't know what this film is, it is a Disney Channel Original Movie and it's about an inquisitive teenager finds herself involved with suspected dodgy dealing on her space station home - and ends up being sent down to Earth. It stars Kirsten Storms and Raven Symoné and is available to stream, along with the sequels, on Disney+.

Ingredients
2 oz Azuñia Blanco Organic Tequila
0.75 oz White Crème de Cacao
0.75 oz fresh lemon juice
Absinthe rinse
Directions
Combine ingredients in mixing glass.
Stir for 10 seconds.
Strain with julep strainer into an absinthe-rinsed glass.
