Why? I think last year Zach got affected in the workplace that was by a personal choice. Zach revealed that he picked a word every year with his wife. That word was "trust." That word probably had him think, Oh maybe I need to trust people or myself a little bit more. If you choose a word every year maybe people struggle with that particular word.
