Description

America is in a nutrient famine, as result, according to the CDC or the center for disease control, 6 out of 10 people in America have a chronic disease, Most Americans are sick. And it is killing more people than any pandemic. In 2017, a total 1.7 million people died from 5 diseases that are mostly preventable, Heart disease, Cancer, Respiratory diseases, Stroke and Alzheimer
We are talking about getting out of the Nutrient Famine and living in the Blue Zone. The Blue Zones are Communities in the world where people have an average life and health span of over 100 years.
We have been talking about the importance of water for health. Water represents a critical nutrient whose absence will be lethal within days. The water source for most farm plants weather industrially grown or organic and let’s not even talk about foreign grown, you would never drink. But you drink that water every time you eat most vegetables and fruits.
There is very little “Nutrient Security” in America. In America, 40 million people get some form of food poisoning every year. Because of the corona virus, The FDA just suspended inspecting all food both foreign and domestic.
Now the immune system is defined as the bodily system that protects the body from foreign substances, cells, and tissues by producing the immune response and that includes especially the thymus, spleen, lymph nodes, special deposits of lymphoid tissue (as in the intestinal tract and bone marrow), macrophages, lymphocytes such as the B cells and T cells, antibodies and much more.
Over the next few weeks, we will share key new insights about the immune system. However, as a transition, Let’s talk about water and the immune system.
According to the world health organization, 80% of deaths worldwide are related to bad water. Bad water or not enough water can overwhelm the immune system. This number does not account for the delayed disease and death caused by water in plants being contaminated by pesticide, herbicides, fungicides, hormones, antibiotics, or local waste like hog waste in North Carolina, or coal ash putting mercury and cancer causing arsenic in the rivers and ground water near 95% of power plants. or since 2005 the more than 137,000 fracking wells that have been drilled or permitted in more than 20 states. This is especially true in the Midwest where most of the organic vegetables originate or California one of 3 states where over 70% of vegetables and fruit originate. In fact, arsenic, benzene, formaldehyde, lead and mercury may just be just the tip of the iceberg, said Nicole Deziel, an environmental health expert at the Yale School of Public Health and senior author of a new study. The Yale team found 157 other chemicals that are associated with some kind disease, such as reproductive or developmental problem, derailed brain development, infertility, cancer and respiratory illness. And if you do not think this runoff of chemicals is deadly for your health, consider that the runoff of the agrichemicals from the Midwest have created a dead zone in the Gulf of Mexico that measures 6,952 square miles. WOW! Enough about bad water this today, just remember most of your fruits and vegetables which are at least 70% water are filled with water that is slowly poisoning America. It is overloading our immune system and weakening its ability to protect us.
Good water especially from plants, is critical to your blood and it flushes toxins.
Our immune system relies on our blood stream (which is about 90% water) to transport fluids, nutrients, and important communication signals to organs, so they can better do their job. Without proper hydration, our blood volume goes down, and reduced blood volume means that these transportations don’t work efficiently.
Our immune system and its reliance on fluid transport is no different. In a well-hydrated state, our immune system is supported by the Lymphatic system (part of the drainage and sewage system) which removes toxin
