Today, I take a new approach to this podcast discussion. Instead of a more conceptual conversation, I discuss THREE concrete strategies that we can use to develop positive self talk. First, writing notes on your phone or in a notebook to reflect on your experiences and to write your thoughts. Second, setting reminders every 1/2/4 hours with positive messages to bring you up. Third, reflecting at the end of each day for 15 minutes by answering these three questions: What are three things I am grateful for? What are three great things I did today? And what are three positive things that I love about myself? Also, there are deeper explanations in the podcast to add more depth to each. I’d love to hear your feedback on these strategies.
