Over the last few days, I have seen a few posts on social media about leaving failure behind in 2018 as we move into 2019. This podcast’s purpose is to call out that way of thinking. If we are to succeed in 2019, we cannot leave failure behind, as it is the key experience that will push us toward the success that we are seeking. We need to bring it with us, and we need to embrace it. Failure is a critical instrument for advancement, and we need to harness its power to achieve the goals that we want in this new year.
