Today's podcast is a reflection on my experience doing a full-day dopamine fast. A dopamine fast is a day in which you avoid that which produces an increase in dopamine in the brain. That means no phone, no TV, no computer, no food, no exercise. Just you and your mind. This dopamine fast was totally unique from anything I have ever experienced before, and I discuss the details of the experience in this episode.
