Today’s podcast is about greatness. We all have probably done pretty well with our routines and diets for at least small periods of time in our lives, whether that be for a day or a few weeks. This is a good start, yet it’s not what greatness amounts to. Instead, greatness amounts to maintaining that discipline over long periods of time. Months, years, decades… of which I believe we’re all capable. I share some ideas on how this can be done in this episode, which I hope you consider and perhaps try to put into practice.
