Today’s podcast is based in my personal experience of lacking focus in the middle of the day. From 2-4 PM, I frequently have a harder time to concentrate and not get distracted. Nevertheless, bearing down and focusing during that time, despite the challenges I naturally experience, is extremely helpful because it leads to a chain of other positive effects in the other areas of my life.
