Today’s podcast is an explanation of an idea I’ve had brewing in my head for a while. Habits are great to strive for, but I wonder if they’re truly the best thing for us to pursue. If we did various behaviors in intervals, those would be more challenging and perhaps more impactful on our health and well-being.
