They appear out of nowhere near Brown Mountain in North Carolina...balls of light that float around and sometimes silently explode. But no one is really sure what causes them, or why they appear at Brown Mountain and nowhere else. Could they be natural gas that's somehow ignited? Or do they have a more supernatural origin?
