In the twentieth episode of The Academy of Esports podcast, there was a question sent in asking "how does one make the cast for esports in schools when people pushback?" Pushback is inevitable when you present people with change. It is important to remember esports is the vehicle to amazing opportunities for students to engage in ways they have not previously in school. The host, James O'Hagan, shares advice on how to present the idea of change based on 20 years experience in bringing change at various levels in education.
