Well well well the last workout of the Open 2021. on the menu we have

15 front squat - 30 toes to bar - 15 thrusters - 1 minutes rest. 

15 front squat - 30 Chest to bar - 15 thrusters - 1 minutes rest. 

15 front squat - 30 bar muscle up - 15 thrusters - 1 minutes rest. 

21.4 - 7 minutes window to hit a max weight of the following complex: 

1 deadlift - 1 clean - 1 hang clean - 1 jerk
