Description

In her teens and 20’s, guest Tanya Willis was like many of us.  She wanted the quick fixes, the magic pills, the fairy dust – whatever she could get her hands on to make a lean, happy and sexy machine. But, she quickly learned that what she wanted did not exist.  She was so frustrated. She felt like she was going around and around until she was completely exhausted and back at the starting point. She make a decision to delve further into holistic health – the emotional, mental and physical – wrote a book, and has been in this field for many years helping 1000’s of women.

She discovered that by being smarter, not working harder, she could get the results she wanted for herself and also for her clients.

Her mission is to continue to help women step into the body they WANT. To feel confident & sexy, in control of their food choices and have their clothes fit just as they should while having the energy to live a VIBRANT life.

This was a great conversation about how perimenopausal and menopausal women can thrive exactly where they are by listening to their bodies and working smarter and not harder!

We discuss:
·      Dealing with shame;
·      The issue of eating to soothe;
·      How non-action is rooted in fear;
·      The importance of being aware;
·      How we have normalized stress;
·      And much more!
