We've all been there! You are killing your new years goals! Check that goal off! Check that off too! and then BAM stuff happens. Stuff that you didn't anticipate but now you have to face. It's irritating! It's depressing! and It's just down right unfair. So what do you do when you have this motivation each day to wake up crush your goals and then BAM something occurs.
