Description

Dinara is a certified health coach specializing in women’s hormonal health. Dinara helps women balance their hormones naturally through nutrition and movement so they can look and feel great.  Dinara had struggled with her own health issues for years with everything from weight gain and unhealthy body image to painful, irregular periods and PMS symptoms such as bloating, cramping, and mood swings. Not being able to get the answers from the doctors she ventured on her own healing journey. Having balanced her hormones she fixed her weight issues, regulated her periods, and eliminated PMS symptoms, and is now on a mission to help other women do the same. Throughout her practice, she teaches women how to cycle sync their food, workouts, and lifestyle in a way that works with their feminine biology so they can look and feel amazing!
