Thomas highlights the fitness journey he has taken including the initial spark that he experienced with his family as a teenager. This spark has lead him on a journey in his own goals and aspirations for fitness, mindset, and recovery.
Thomas highlights that it is important for people to find what works for them, and adjust as priorities change over time. Whether it's general health, competing to be on the elite stage at Wodapalooza, or balancing a job and family, everyone can find a balance that works.
